i don't get that what part of the copyright rules are you breaking? What's the difference between your FFXIII trailer and all the rest that are not shut down?

I just recieve a message from youtube were my latest video was against the copyright law. As soon as i uploaded it i recieve a message that said that it's possible that Square Enix holds the property of my video, thats true but a couple of days later For Life Music Entertainment sent a threat to remove my video or cancel my account. http://www.forlife.co.jp/ thats the url. Just in case anyone wants to upload a Final Fantasy XIII video be aware of those guys.

That's the faulty part of the whole Youtube copyright issue... it's all based on whether or not you actually get caught breaking the rules and the interpretation of what is considered "fair use." I had a cover taken down a while ago, yet there are quite a few other people who did a cover for the same song who pretty much did exactly what I did.

I dont know but Square Enix didnt complain about the video vic it was For Life Music Entertainment which is Sayuri Sugawara record label.
