This should sound fine whether you mute lead notes after their stated 
duration or allow them to ring.
The lower bass notes should be allowed to ring when possible- durations 
are not noted in this TXT for that second voice.
In bars 11 and 12 the 'bass' voice (with held notes) climbs and mingles 
with the lead voice- I've marked this with asterisks (*)

Suggested tempo is somewhere around Q=70~74, song is in the key of Cm (bbb)

As I stated earlier, in my opinion the alternate tuning just adds to its difficulty. Nonetheless, after some practice this surely sounds pretty decent.
