It's a MIDI, not a recording. I think he uses whatever that program is to make the MP3s for all of his tabs, because they all sound like that.

Fl studio, Realguitar and Amplitube do the trick, i'ts cool to see how the tabs really sound(because i don't have ways to record myself playing it)

Aw crap, I said it looks theoretically playable. That means I have to play through the whole damn thing now. :p
Edit: theoretically although there are some sick left hand jumps. Still, not impossible. And I think I've gotten soft.
