You should try sending a PM if you don't get a reply. We only get email notifications for comments on our tabs if we have actually commented on the tab ourselves. After your comment is knocked off the front page it will be more likely to go unnoticed.

Yep, I got one just now lol. My Account->My Profile->Edit, and there should be check-boxes for the follow-up email notifications.

I think you just blew Basisti's mind, that would be a good change for the website update though. Notifications for posts by default instead of after the first post.
