I might be wrong but I think there is an error in the first line,

I think it should be like that. I'm not sure exactly how to write tab signs yet so all I can say is it sounds like the second time you hit the e string on the 10th fret you hold it till you play the ninth, because the more i listen to it over and over it only sounds like there is 5 notes being played, so its sounds like that 10th is held and not played a 3rd time.
